Here are a few things that I have been obsessed with this summer.

Love and Beauty Illuminating Bronzer
I saw this at Forever 21 and picked it up on a whim. I am loving it for a bronze highlight. It looks amazing on tan skin and give you that right amount of J.lo glow. For $3.80 you need to pick this up.

Milani Bronzer
This was released in a limited edition collection about a month ago but I have been using it literally every day.  This bronzer is insanely creamy and blends on the skin amazingly.  Now that I am tan I use this as an all over powder and then go in and contour with a darker bronzer. It works beautifully and gives your skin a nice glow. If you can track this bad boy down grab it right away. I have not tried any of the permanent Milano bronzer but I would be interested to see if tell quality is the same as this one.

City Color Cosmetics Be Matte Blush
These blushes are some of the best products that I have discovered this year. I picked up a bunch when I was at IMATS NYC in April and I have been using them ever since. The color that I have been loving for summer is Fresh Melon. This bright peachy color gives such a fresh pop of color on the cheeks. These are hands down the best drugstore priced blushes I've ever tried. They are $3.99 a piece and worth every penny.

Too Faced Summer Eyes Palette
This is last year's version but I busted this bad boy out again this year and have been giving it a lot of love. The colors in this palette work together beautifully and I love the pops of color included.

GOT IT

I was going about my usual business one day last week when I got a very exciting email. Sephora send me a message informing me that the Anastasia Contour kit was back in stock. I ran (not kidding) to my purse and grabbed my card and purchased within about 3 minutes. I have been waiting for this product to be restocked for MONTHS now. I have been playing around with it a little bit since and I like it, I can't say yet if I love it or it's life changing yet. 

The colors are beautiful and they apply nicely. I think I just have to master the art of contouring and highlighting a little better and I have been practicing and getting better. If you are a contouring fiend or makeup hoarder like me I would say that this kit is worth it. I'm just not sure if I will have a use for all of the colors but I will come back with a more in depth review shortly and give you my final verdict.

I LOVE ME SOME CANDY

I haven't used any Hard Candy products in years but when I saw the fabulous HollieEatsLipstick on youtube talking about these new contouring face trios I decided to try them out. They are $9.00 a piece at Walmart.  Now I haven't had much luck with Hard Candy products in general but Hollie was talking about these trios and raving about how pigmented and smooth they were so I picked up two and I'm glad I did. These trios are smooth, creamy and blend beautifully on the cheeks. I am glad I picked them up.

if you see these at your local Walmart I would pick them up.

Maybelline Summer 2013 Collection

When I saw CrystalVlogs video on the new limited edition Maybelline Summer Collection I knew I had to have it. So when I saw she found it at Bed Bath & Beyond I immediately drove over to mine and hunted for it. Luckily they had everything in stock. I purchased all 6 of the new Color Tattoos. They are absolutely stunning. 3 of them are duochrome colors. I was squealing with delight when I saw these in person. You NEED these. I also purchased two bronzers and 3 nail polishes. I especially wanted the four seasons bronzer because it reminded me of the Guerlain four seasons bronzer. Both bronzers are pigmented and smooth. The polishes are great just as all color show polishes. There were 6 polishes I believe but the other ones were pretty common. I thought these pastels were beautiful and I just had to have them. The bronzing face illuminate will be great in the summer as a highlight when I get a little more color. I bought this because I heard everyone rave about the illuminator that was released with the fall 2012 collection. Overall I am very pleased with this collection and cannot wait to play with those color tattoos. Let me know if you buy anything from this collection and your thoughts! xoxo
