COLOR ENVY

I am not all that familiar with the Estee Lauder Cosmetic Line but when I heard everyone raving about these Pure Color Envy lipsticks I just had to take a peak at them. I headed to my local Macy's with the intention of just swatching them but when I got there and saw them in person I ended up coming home with two of them. Don't ya just hate when that happens?

The lipsticks are the epitome of luxe and glamour. The packaging is very weighty and luxurious feeling with a magnetic closure similar to the Tom Ford lipsticks. The product inside is just as amazing. These lipsticks glide on the lips easily and feel like a balm throughout the whole wear. There are a vast variety of colors but I picked two inside my comfort zone.

310 Potent is a beautiful peachy nude. This lipstick lasts about 6 hours on the lips before a reapply is needed but I usually reapply before then because it just feels so good on the lips.

210 Impulsive is a classic pinky nude color that I don't have enough of so I had to pick it up. (you believe me right?) This is the same standard of quality as the previous color. This will be a staple in my purse and will get much love.

You need these lipsticks, just get them already. ;)

Retail: $30.00 at Macys & other department stores.

MY BLUSH IS POPPIN

The Clinique Cheek Pop Blushes are the perfect spring pick me up during these freezing winter days. This blush makes me look forward to the upcoming season with its color and design. I had to restrain myself from buying all four in the collection but so far I only have 02 peach pop.

This is a beautiful coral peach color with a lovely sheen that makes the cheeks come alive. The floral design of the powder is to die for cute. You just can't beat the $21.00 price point for these beauties.

These gems are limited edition so if any of the colors peak your interest pick them up when you see them.

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE

The Limited Edition Revlon Super Lustrous Lipsticks were staring at me when I was in my local Walgreens the other night. While the phrase "Limited Edition" usually gets to me and I end up buying every color, Jungle Peach was the only color that looked appealing to me.

Jungle Peach is a peachy nude color with the classic Super Lustrous sheen finish. While this color is beautiful, it tends to look a little too orange on my lips alone so I top it with a nude gloss to tone it down  some. I want to play around with different lip liners and glosses to find the best color combination for me.

J.LO LIPS

J.Lo is always on point with her makeup so when I saw the new Loreal Collection Privee Lipsticks at my local Rite Aid I grabbed the color 370 Jennifer's Nude. There were six colors in the collection but Jennifer's Nude was the one that really appealed to me. A beautiful pinky nude color with a beautiful sheen. This is a must have.

This lipstick is fabulous. It applies evenly and pigmented and feels like a lip balm while your wearing it.  I am really tempted to check out the other colors in this collection.

Retail: $8.99 at Drugstores

CCO DOES IT AGAIN

After my last find at the CCO i took another trip in there last week and I found some more gems.

MAC Beauty Powder: Shell Pearl

I've never tried any of the Beauty Powders from MAC but I always hear people raving about them so when I saw this beautiful peachy pink color I scooped it up.

This color is along the lines of Nars Orgasm; a peachy pink with gold sheen. I love the snake print embossed on the powder as well. This product is from the Spring 2013 Year of the Snake collection.

I paid $17.50 for this product and I think its worth it. This works well as both a blush and highlight and it imparts a lovely golden sheen.

Mac Unconventional Blush

This color caught my eye as soon as I saw it. I've never tried a purple or lavender blush before so i googled and found Temptalia's review and she gave this product an A so that was about all the convincing I needed.

This color gives an almost ethereal glow on the cheeks. I can see this looking amazing on tan skin but at the same time it looks fab on my currently ghostly pale skin.

I paid $14.50 for this blush. How could i pass it up?

I'm in love with both of these colors. Another win for the CCO.
